Here at The Roomba Shop our background is in computer and component level repair, software development, and network configuration. Technology has been in our lives in one form or another for as long as we've known. After getting our first Roomba we fell in love with it very quickly! So basically we are just like most people in the Roomba community - we love Roombas! It started with a single Sage and a Scooba - and grew from there. We had to open up that first Sage after it had a rather bad run in with a not-so-housebroken puppy. That certainly wasn't going to be covered under warranty! :)
Shortly after
recovering from that problem we could not deny what a huge difference these
little robots make in everyones lives (puppy problems and all) - and because of that there is a need for
roomba hack tools, parts suppliers, and roomba repairs - and those who aren't afraid to 'look under the hood' of a Roomba!
