Privacy policy:
A user is required to provide us with personal information such as mailing address, email address and phone number in order to make a purchase. However, this information is only provided to authorized employees of TheRoombaShop.com or its parent company, Inner Vision Development Corp. We never sell to any outside vendors or third parties for solicitation. Your email address will be never be used for anything other than to notify you of the status of your order and/or current specials and promotions which will apply directly to you.

For your protection credit card numbers are never stored on our system. In case of re-orders you must re-enter your credit card number of pay via another available online payment solution.

Refurbished or Used Items:
All refurbished items are refurbished to our in house specifications. These items are repaired to like new operating condition and thoroughly cleaned and tested before being shipped out. The items may contain minor cosmetic blemishes such as scratches or scuffs but in no way affect the operation of the unit. Please refer to our warranty information on refurbished item warranties. Used batteries are guaranteed for non-DOA and are tested to run a minimum of 1.25 hours on medium pile carpet. We make no guarantees or warranty of the life expectancy of these batteries. Any new items are only covered by any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

Shipping:
All products and repairs are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Shipping pricing is based on actual weight to your zip code plus a $2.50 handling fee. You may request a shipping estimate by emailing info@TheRoombaShop.com. You may also add the item to your cart and supply the ship to address to get a shipping estimate. Any items weighing less than 12 oz. have the option of being shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Any items weighing more than 10 pounds have the option of being shipped via UPS. Users are responsible for the shipping to and from TheRoombaShop.com in the case that there is a warranty repair.

Most orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation along with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Payment:
All payments are made up front before any items are shipped or any repair work has begun. In no case will your cost exceed this original amount without prior notification.

Warranty:
All refurbished robots are covered by a 90 day warranty. This warranty covers all motor and electrical components. This does not cover any item from normal wear and tear or misuse of the robot. All repaired items are covered by a 60 day warranty, this warranty covers all parts that were replaced or repaired. Users are responsible for the shipping to and from TheRoombaShop.com in the case that there is a warranty repair.

Our warranty does not cover any damage inflicted on the robot including, but not limited to impact, moisture and liquid, high temperature, battery leakage, tampering, or any operation that would be abuse and/or contrary to the recommended operating procedures of the manufacturer.

Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, simply email us within 15 days of receipt of the item. Ship the item back to us for a full refund of the purchase price. Any refunds requested after the 15 day period may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No purchases will be refunded after the first 30 day period.

Liability:
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. If you would like an item shipped with insurance you may request it before checkout. Every item that is shipped via Priority Mail, Express Mail, or UPS is issued a tracking number and you are notified of that tracking number upon shipment. Please notify the carrier for any delay or loss of merchandise during shipment.
